Returns and Exchanges

At Dima Ayad, we take pride in the quality of our products and strive for your complete satisfaction. Should you wish to request a return or exchange, you may do so via our Returns Portal LINK

Process:

1. Submit your return request via the Returns Portal.

2. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a return shipping label on your behalf.

3. The cost of return shipping will be communicated to you prior to issuing the label. This fee will either:

• Be deducted directly from your refund, or

• Be settled separately, subject to your preference.

4. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, your refund, exchange, or store credit will be processed.

Please note the following:

• Returned item(s) must be received within 30 days from the order date.

• Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and accompanied by all original tags and packaging.

• Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return, unless proven defective.

• Duties, taxes, and import fees paid on international orders are non-refundable.

• Return request must be submitted 14 days from the Order Date.
