We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can sometimes cause delays beyond our control.
Certain destinations are known for longer clearance times. While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, deliveries to some countries may take additional days.
Duties & Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are set by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend double-checking your delivery details at checkout to help avoid delays. Our team will always monitor your shipment and assist you if any issues arise.
Returns and Exchanges
At Dima Ayad, we take pride in the quality of our products and strive for your complete satisfaction. Should you wish to request a return or exchange, you may do so via our Returns Portal LINK
Process:

Submit your return request via the Returns Portal.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a return shipping label on your behalf.

The cost of return shipping will be communicated to you prior to issuing the label. This fee will either:

Be deducted directly from your refund, or

Be settled separately, subject to your preference.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, your refund, exchange, or store credit will be processed.
Please note the following:

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and accompanied by all original tags and packaging.

Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return, unless proven defective.

Duties, taxes, and import fees paid on international orders are non-refundable.
- Return request must be submitted 14 days from the Order Date.
- Returned item(s) must be received within 30 days from the order date.
